हरिप्रियानुजां वन्दे देवीं त्रिपुरसुन्दरीम् ॥७॥

श्री-चक्रं शरणं व्रजामि सततं सर्वेष्ट-सिद्धि-प्रदम् ॥३॥

सानन्दं ध्यानयोगाद्विसगुणसद्दशी दृश्यते चित्तमध्ये ।

यदक्षरैकमात्रेऽपि संसिद्धे स्पर्द्धते नरः ।

देवीं मन्त्रमयीं नौमि मातृकापीठरूपिणीम् ॥१॥

सा मे मोहान्धकारं बहुभवजनितं नाशयत्वादिमाता ॥९॥

यह देवी अत्यंत सुन्दर रूप वाली सोलह वर्षीय युवती के रूप में विद्यमान हैं। जो तीनों लोकों (स्वर्ग, पाताल तथा पृथ्वी) में सर्वाधिक सुन्दर, मनोहर, चिर यौवन वाली हैं। जो आज भी यौवनावस्था धारण किये हुए है, तथा सोलह कला से पूर्ण सम्पन्न है। सोलह अंक जोकि पूर्णतः का प्रतीक है। सोलह की संख्या में प्रत्येक तत्व पूर्ण माना जाता हैं।

वाह्याद्याभिरुपाश्रितं च दशभिर्मुद्राभिरुद्भासितम् ।

देवीं कुलकलोल्लोलप्रोल्लसन्तीं शिवां पराम् ॥१०॥
